Refund & Subscription Policy

This Policy describes how subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Ivory Roof.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

2. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. We do not refund charges that occur because a trial was not cancelled in time.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

4. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, downgrades, or failure to use the Service.

5. Price Changes

We may change pricing at any time. Changes apply to renewals after at least 30 days' notice to your account email.

6. Taxes

Listed prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account. You remain responsible for outstanding amounts.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support@ivoryroof.com may result in immediate account termination and collection of amounts owed.
