Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, obscene, infringing, or invasive of privacy.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Misrepresent AI Output as human-authored where required by law, or use it to deceive customers about price, scope, materials, or warranties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, models, weights, or training data.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark without our prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except via documented APIs.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose unreasonable load on infrastructure.
• Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could cause death, personal injury, environmental damage, or significant property damage.
• Use the Service in violation of export controls or sanctions.

2. Content Standards

You are solely responsible for all content you submit and all AI Output you transmit to customers. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content.

3. Reporting Abuse

Report violations to legal@ivoryroof.com.

4. Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion and without liability, investigate violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, suspension, termination, removal of content, and cooperation with law enforcement.
